Personal data charter

The charter below details DU FROLET’s (hereinafter ‘DU FROLET’) policy on the protection of personal data on the www.domainequintard.com (hereinafter the « Site »).

DU FROLET respects your concerns about the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us. By providing us with your personal information and data, you consent to its use and communication under the conditions set out below:

Through the Site, DU FROLET may collect personal data communicated in particular in the context of requests for information, booking of visits and subscriptions to certain services (for example surname, first name, e-mail address, age, town, state and country of residence, telephone number, bank account info for the online store).

Any personal information that you may transmit to DU FROLET for the use of certain services is subject to the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

2. RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION AND OBJECTION

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data at any time, and the right to object to the processing of such data. Before responding to a request, SARL DU FROLET may verify the identity of the applicant and/or ask him/her to complete the information relating to his/her request.

3. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Through the Site, DU FROLET collects data concerning you solely for the purposes defined below:

– management of customer and prospective customer relations, management of orders on the online store and billing, personalisation of our services and communications, request for a visit booking, creation of a personal account, statistics, improvement of the Site, DU FROLET products and services, transmission of information relating to DU FROLET and its activity and advertising or commercial prospecting messages subject to respect for your choices in terms of commercial prospecting;

The data that must be collected for the above-mentioned purposes is indicated by an asterisk on the collection forms. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, DU FROLET will not be able to respond to your requests and/or provide the services requested.

The information collected on this website via online forms is recorded in an internal database accessible only by the estate’s teams, for the purposes of sales and customer management.
